At Gritti Fragrances, we want you to be completely satisfied with your olfactory experience; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on fragrances that have been unsealed or sprayed.

Contact our concierge team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Pack Securely
Carefully place the unopened fragrance in its original designer box and use protective shipping materials to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Gritti
Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse verifies the seal is intact, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
